Team considerations on the day.
Changing .A changing room will be allocated and labeled on the day.
Physio To save each team paying for a physio we will have two qualified physio’s available on the day to cut down on the cost. If you would like to use them we are asking for a contribution of £20 . Please let me know if you would like to use them.
Warm Up. A warm up area will be allocated to each team on the day, please see Alex Burton for the actual area allocated to you. Please do NOT warm up on the first team pitch, or use it to access the warm up areas. This pitch is for the games only
Entrance Fee If you are bringing coaches to travel these will be allocated space on the car park near the Club. Those traveling on the coach are still expected to pay the £4 entrance fee (excluding players. Children under 12 FOC
NB. This is a directive of the Halbro Colts League Committee and not by Sandbach RUFC
We would like one representative on each coach to collect the money up front. The fee has been set to cover the costs for the day only. It will help everyone if this can be organised before you arrive at Sandbach.
Car Park . Coaches, playing officials and disabled are to park on club car-park. All other travelers will be asked to park in the new car park about 200 yards further down Bradwall road. If the team is not traveling by coach, one car will be allowed to park with kit etc on the club car-park.
Equipment Please bring your own practice balls and equipment.
Alcohol Please refrain from bringing alcohol into the Clubhouse, any brought with you must remain on the coach. Only alcohol purchased over the bar is covered by our license for both inside and outside the Club. Team Managers / clubs and parents are expected to address issues regarding the serving of alcohol with those of their respective players and supporters who are under age. Sandbach RUFC assume that those seeking alcoholic refreshment are fully entitled to do so
Glasses. Please do not take away glasses on coach after match, plastic cups are available
Player’s meal tickets will be allocated on the day. Please collect from Rob Mayor on arrival (25 tickets, 22 players plus 3 coaches/managers) .
Trophies. The presentation of trophies will take place immediately after the final whistle.
Team Lists. Would team managers ensure that the announcer for the day is fully briefed about any last minute team changes so that appropriate and correct announcements are made over the P.A system which will be in operation during the finals.
Kit Bags. Before and after the game, please ensure that all kit bags are stored in cars/coaches. Kit bags are not allowed in corridors, fire-refuges or in the clubhouse. Bags found in such places will be immediately removed without notification. (see H & S notices)
